Had an amazing experience at this Soho location! The sales stuff were super personable and knowledgeable about the products. I had wanted to upgrade my bed/room setup and they helped me visualize exactly what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a sheet set and duvet comforter that look and feel amazing. And you can’t beat the quality. Will definitely be back for more.

Edit: 5 stars. Store manager (Lauren) called out and took care of the issue in a little over a day. They sent out a replacement. Good turn around time and service. Thank you. Original Review: Ordered a whole set of linen sheets from this place nine months ago for about almost 600 dollars and they are beautiful and was really pleased at first. However, the fitted sheet already has holes in it. I'm not sure if I just got a bad one or not, but I would steer clear if you're looking for linen sheets that are durable.

Didn’t realize this brand had a store! Love Citizenry and have been following them for a few years. Came across their store on a trip to NYC and loved it — the team was great and getting to actually feel the products in person was awesome. Would recommend!

Ordered the stonewash linen quilt and my package was stolen, they shipped me a new one free of charge. So far the quality has been great, I'm not sure why other customers have complained about it.

Can't say enough nice things about this location. Everyone here was so wonderful and helpful. Patrick helped me pick out the perfect pieces for my new house! Can't wait to come back and shop some more

I can't say enought wonderful comments about Viet from the Soho Flagship store. He has collaborated with me on my 4 bedrooms. He has the best taste and understands my style from the pictures I have sent him. He is so patient and kind. His customer service is over the top. I love the linen products, they are so soft. He is incredible honest and helps me curate new purchases with my home. I get a ton of complements about my bedding and as a real estate agent have recommended him to many of my happy clients.

I ordered the 8x10 ft Asha flatweave rug two years ago, and we are still in love with it. My husband thought I was mad to purchase a light rug like this for under the dining table, but here we are, two years later, and it remains perfect, even with a senior dog and a (now almost grown) puppy. Spot cleaning works brilliantly; it doesn't pill, and it doesn't fade. Customer service before delivery was friendly, and responses to my questions were provided promptly. I haven't seen the shop yet, but I can't wait to explore it when I get to New York.

Asante and Viet at the NY store have been great! Over the last two days I’ve been going back and forth between 3 different quilts and they have been tremendous. They’ve remodeled their show rooms in store using the items I’m contemplating. They even placed the items in different lighting so I could see how the tones and colors may look given natural light versus soft lighting. They were both tentative and patient. They also responded very quickly to my questions and request. Can’t wait to meet these two and shop in store when visit New York later this year! Again thanks for all your help!

Belated thanks to Patrick at the NY store for great customer service during the Black Friday sale! When I was unable to get thru to The Citizenry's toll-free number I took a chance and contacted the Soho store directly. Patrick resolved online ordering issues I was having and helped me to place a new order.
